1996 eagle with extra silver struck to it...(and pics)

Looks like a line off the rim or something' but it's not a crack, as it extends above the surface of the coin...

Any thoughts as to a possible increase in value?

I mean, it's gotta be at least 1mg of extra silver in there :o

I have seen old merc dimes close to that but never that sharp looking usually look like more like a splah. I would however talk to a trusted coin dealer, they will tell you the price or at least they could send it out for you to be graded.

Looks like a die gouge. Not sure if this would add much value or not.
