Thought we had a 1943-D copper cent!

Today in the coin counter junk there was a wheat that I saw the date 1943 and it was copper I thought I was rich. I was happy until I dropped it on the counter and Franklin said wrong metal. So of to the coin shop we went and they got the magnet out and said it was one of the best platting jobs they have seen.

Next time, listen to Franklin. He knows his Lincolns :D

That is a cool counterfeit, though.
