post-65 coin sets

I was recently contacted by someone who had a coin collection that wanted to see if there was anything of value in it. besides over $75 face value in silver, there were about a dozen coin books:
2 quarter books, 1965-2000, missing the 68's, and about 8 in the 90's
1 dime book 1965-95, missing 3 coins
2 nickel books 38-95, missing 38-d,s, 39-d, 50-d
2 09-40 cent books, 3 41-75 books, and 3 starting in 75 books, all in various forms of completedness.

so are the coins in any of these worth anything? or are they just worth fv?

Yes, they are worth SOMETHING...

Grade and mintage numbers would determine if they are worth more than face.
Do some research on key dates and errors.
You might find a $1000 Cu '83 cent, or something almost as exciting.
