State Quarter Rolls & 1890 dime

I've got a 3 state quarter rolls from 2008, Arizona. Two are 25-coin rolls marked "Restricted to state residents" from Denver and Philadelphia, the other is a usual 40-coin roll from Philadelphia.

I looked up the 40-coin roll, its maybe worth $11.50.

Is it really worth the hassle to post, sell, and mail a roll of quarters for a potential $1.50 over face?

I did find a seated liberty 1890 dime. http://numismedia.com/fmv/prices/setdim/pricesgd.shtml has the price guide, but I don't know how to grade this coin. The mint mark is not there, so I guess it is Philadelphia. It could be worth between $12 to $25.

I would check the quarters for errors then dump them. I don't think you could sell them and make a profit after fees and shipping. Unless you wanted to take the time to sell them singly for a buck apiece.The dime is not rare and after looking at PCGS photograde I would grade it FR02 or maybe AG03. Probably not worth more than melt. Only two mints minted dimes in 1890: San Francisco and Philly. SF mintage: 1,423,076 Philly: 9,910,951.

Nice dime.
As for the quarters, you will likely only profit in one of two possible scenarios:
1. You might find a local buyer at a slight premium over face value, avoiding fees and shipping costs.
2. You might find an error, like Rob72830 mentioned. Then that one coin could be worth the hassle.
