Do coin folders still use acidic paper?

Postby scyther » Fri Aug 02, 2013 11:57 pm

I know coin folders used to use acidic paper that ruined coins, but surely they've corrected that problem... right? I've heard yes and no. I have some that are over 10 years old and don't seem to be corroded. Are they safe? Cause you can save a lot of money buy not buying Danscos all the time...
267,500 pennies and 186,000 nickels searched. Hand sorter.
