Had some people tell me it was "shelf-like" "machine doubling". I still dig it!

I recently found a 1988D with no "FG" on the reverse.

It probably is MD. But how many 1984's have you gone through and it's the only one you found. I went through a ton of them and didn't find any like yours. So MD. or DDO it's still a great find and a keeper in my book. Any error or variety is worth keeping. Who know yours maybe a one of a kind. I keep all coins that are diff. I put them in a 2x2 lable it and put them in one of those plastic pages. Again Congrats a great find.
