This is a NICE coin. Very common Morgan but in DMPL slabbed 64 by PCGS. I love the bullseye toning. Can't beat the old green holder either. True Morgan Eye Candy.

Submitted a best offer of $335

Lets see what he does.

I'm 90% certain that the color level on this coin has been enhanced electronically. If you buy it, ask for pictures in plain light at different angles.

Sweet! That's a real beauty, Chris. DMPL Morgans are tough to beat... it surprising that they actually came off the mint like that and were able to survive that long and still look that good today. Nice job preserving some beautiful American history.

This is a new purchase of mine from http://www.legendcoin.com/cgi-bin/inventory/main.pl which is the current "super high end" market maker in coins.

I've wanted to purchase a coin from them for a while just to check that off my list of things to do :) But their inventory was always either too expensive or not fitting my needs. This coin was priced in my wheelhouse and fit perfectly with the type set I'm trying to improve.

It's not the finest known, there are 12 MS69FB's, but it is the finest that has a CAC sticker, so that's kind of a cool thing also!

That is an awesome Mercury Dime. I love the radioactive toning that Mercury Dimes can get.

Hot dang, Rodebaugh, is that your coin, yet? That is spectacular. Common coins in uncommon condition are just as good as key dates IMO

Here is a coin that may not bring what it should.....shame the starting bid is $110 to high  . The pic was made with a scanner and those darn things just don't do justice to quality coins.
It is sure to be much nicer in hand.

I agree, that coin will be decent but not worth the premium when you have it in your well groomed hands.

If you troll the eBay dmpls like I do....you probably have seen this 1880-o morgan a few times. I love the look of this coin but that look has been factored in to the cost plus some.
