Here's the huge token I got today... I had to edit the color a little, it's quite shiny and showed up very dark on the scanner.

Yeah, I know. I'm thinking I will need to rescan this. Or maybe take a picture of it in natural light. It really is much better looking - both the coin and the portrait itself - than this scan shows.

Okay, so I scanned it again. Then I scanned it with something under it so it would slightly offset it from directly reflecting the light back into the imaging thingy in the scanner. Then I took probably 20 pictures. Nothing does this thing justice! It is SO reflective, I could not get anything worth looking at. So I "borrowed" an image... edited it so it would "comply" with the style of all the other pictures... and tried to upload it 5 times. It won't upload. So... now I'm back to the best of the photos I took. Oh well.

So which do you think is less terrible?

That's the one I tried to upload! Weird. I thought it was stalling because it had some sort of copyright problem. I was just trying to come up with SOME reason why it would do that. Anyway...
