Cool. What they look like?

They are all Cape Breton themed?

Funny yet strange story about the Canso causeway. When building this causeway to connect Cape Breton to the Mainland workers were working on both sides dumping tons and tons of rock and dirt into one of the deepest channels in North America. Trucks thats were dumping didn't always dump on steady ground and at least a dozen or so slide off and are now permenantly buried in the causeway. it became normal practice to dump your rocks with the door open so you could jump if you felt the truck goin sideways. you know Zoo your half way there in becoming an honorary Caper by having this collection. . Could your life get any better.

I have always loved The Cape.
It has been too many years since I have been there. Spent a week camped in the parking lot of the College at St. Annes during the competitions one year. Drove the full round of the Cabot trail. Had some awesome lobster at a restaurant at the north of the trail. Edison's granddaughters were having a yard sale, bought some tetrahedrons that he used in experiments.
So these coins bring back a lot of fond memories.

My mother's side of the family is from the Antigonish area. Her mother was born in NS.

I think you mean Bell's grand-daughters, not Edison.

But, hey...you did say it was a long time ago :D
