What do you pay for Raw BU Morgans

Lets say for example someone has a BU 1884CC and the general consensus is that it would grade at MS62. How much would you pay for this coin raw?
Do you have a method to your madness? Do you take the Numismedia price and then take a certain percentage off of that? Interested in the "system" that people use when buying raw coins private sale.

What do you pay for Raw BU Morgans? - Well I pay about $25 each when I can. Sometimes I will go up to $30 if it's not 1921. I recently bought one with high luster for $40.
example someone has a BU 1884CC - That's a high dollar coin, so just look it up in a coin book.

I check closed listings on ebay. Then I decide if i am buying to keep or flip
