Help with IHC valuation. Is this worth $50?

All I can see is an error on the reverse. Looks like a die crack or line coming up from the bottom. Can anyone see anything that would make this appear to be a 1888/7 or other valuable variety? I just want to know if this was valuable and I didn't see the error / variety or was this just Ebay doing what Ebay does best.

Any help would be great. Thanks!!!

Not an error, and not an overdate. Die cracks happen.

Not worth $50

If it was cleaned it wasn't done so by us. The previous owner was a LCS and when we bought it, the coin was sitting in a tube with 2 other 1888's.

That's all we know about it. I personally didn't think it had been cleaned.

Almost definitely cleaned. It has that "muted" look that indicates cleaning.

Cleaned but might be the real deal.....here's a link to a good pic from coin community.

I can see a good likeness. Look at the pic and enjoy.
