1968 "S" mint dimes

I've now found two of these coins, both of which are clad.
I'm aware there is a valuable variety of that date, which are proof coins, with the "S" mintmark missing.

My question is, were there non proof versions of "S" mint dimes struck that year?
Mine don't appear especially high relief, but that could just be from years in circulation.

If anyone has a link on this, other than http://www.usmint.gov/about_the_mint/collectors_corner/?action=Mint_marks, it would be appreciated.

Basically I'm wondering whether to save these two I've found or turn them back in with the rest of the clad rejects. I've only found 2 out of over ten thousand dimes searched, so I tend to favor keeping them!

The 2014 Red Book has no listing for 1968S circulation-quality dimes.

Thanks mhh! I have a 2010 Red Book, and it has a number slightly over 3 million 68 S dimes in parentheses, which I take to mean proofs. Find it odd I found two proofs from the same year, and though they are tarnished, I think I'll hang on to them.

Correct, the parenthesis indicates proofs.
