2003 Silver proof sets question... Now with a pic

Postby rsk1963 » Fri Jan 17, 2014 1:14 pm

So I got in 10 2003 silver proof sets, went to do a quick look on them for errors, on the COA it has dime & half as being clad?? looked around a bit couldn't find anything too informative, was this common for the 2003 set?

As always thanks in advance for the info.

out of the 10 I received, 3 have paperwork like this.

I know the mint messed up and sent out an appology that much I was able to find out, but how many were made with the messed up "COA"?
