What is the oldest coin you have ever pulled from a bank roll? I very recently pulled an 1880 Indian head penny, which ranks #2 all time for me. My oldest ever was an 1871 Swedish ore pulled ten years ago from a roll of Canadian pennies.

My oldest was a 1909 Indian Head cent. The one and only Indian Head.

The year 2011 was great for coin roll hunting. I miss those days. I found my first Indian Cent in a bank wrapped roll that year. It was from 1890. Here's the link to my post from back then when I found it.

But the oldest coin I have found was from a customer wrapped roll of halves. It was from 1854.

These finds were not in a bankroll but were found in bags from a coin counter. I hope they count. On 12-28-2010 I had an awesome bag of halves that contained an 1893 Columbian half dollar. That was my oldest until I picked up a bag of halves on 09-29-2016. In that bag was an 1835 half dime. I almost missed it as it was so small. It was in the fold of the cloth bag. Once I got about a dozen silver dimes in a half bag, smaller coins must bounce in there or something.

1872 Indian Head cent found a few weeks ago and posted under another discussion topic. The front is scratched and VG and the back is F-VF.
