RCM canvas bag number?

Hey my Canada Numismatics friends.

I recently acquired a sealed 60.00 bag of pennies from Royal Canadian Mint. Only thing on bag is a serial number

#511644 The guy who sold me the bag thought these were from 1964 but couldn't be sure. I took the gamble and bought it.

I wanted to open the bag but I'm holding out. I would assume a bag like this would bring more than the 120 bu rolls it may produce. But then again I don't know.

any help would be greatly appreciated. I've search the internet and have come up with nothing. My next step is to call the mint itself and see if they can help me out.
