Found a strange Canadian dime. Same diameter as regular dime but about 50% thicker, slightly bulged on face and back, no ribs around the edge and it feels heaver. I know the RCM mints coins for many counties so very possible to get a wrong plancet I suppose.

Ideas? Would you send it somewhere to be verified or what? Any idea of value?
