I have been seeing this float around the net on various forums for about a week now. At first I truly thought it was satire.

An aircraft carrier, seriously... I don't want to descend into the dysfunctional psychotic rationale of why a land locked area feels it would ever need and aircraft carrier. But where were these idiots planned on putting it. Yellowstone Lake, maybe Jackson Lake.
