Health care reform can be confusing to understand because many of the rules and regulations have not been finalized yet.

Also a recent survey shows young children are really having a hard time understanding why their parents are so upset!

So a new booklet has been developed by the government to pass out to school aged children so they can help explain health care reform to their parents.
