I've ordered from APMEX. Used the personal check method to save the credit card fees. No issue, quick shipping once they got my check. As far as online goes, that's my go-to shop.

Yep, same here.....I have had orders with both tulving and apmex.

No problems with either. Go for it.

I've bought from and sold to APMEX for four years now and have never had a problem. I recommend them fully ;)

I have in the past w/ no problems. I just got an email from them, up to $25 off for the next 48 hours using promo code ThankYou2010

$5 off $200 - $999.99, $10 off $1,000 - $1,999.99, $25 off anything over $2,000.

Also, the gold is money forum has a dealers review forum if you'd like to see other's experience w/ them:

I bought silver from them. Great communications through-out the entire process. Order came quickly. Their "generic silver" is very rough and of odd size bars. I dumped my order at a local dealer. My local dealer really didn't want it but took it as a favor to me. I would order from them, but as much as I feel "silver is silver" I wouldn't order their generic silver again.

I can`t seem to get my silver fix here so I guess it will be them.

do they charge TAX ?

do they pay shipping ?

it seems that there is a different price on any item

like $1.00 on some $2.69 on others, over spot price. does the total prices change

all day with the spot price. do you get the price of the silver spot when you call ?

some items may be $27.00 and an hour later it is $28.20 or if spot changes $25.90.

I have not bought like this, just Ebay, and private auctions like RC.

THANKS GUYS FOR A REPLY

Every online dealer I have used has their prices linked to the spot price, so they go up and down throughout the day.

You pay shipping (starts at $12.95) unless you order $25,000, then you get free shipping.

Add 3% for credit cards.

I've dealt with apmex, tulving, and California Numismatic Investments all are fine. Large purchases I prefer Tulving, medium purchases I prefer CNI (free shipping on orders over $2500 and great prices) smaller orders apmex.

I ordered a monster box US SE earlier this year. Perfect order, very discrete. Had to wire the $$$.
