So did they ever convict him later on other charges? What about a response from the IRS? Might be a last ditch ace in the hole if you ever got your tit in a pinch but I'm sure the IRS has deeper pockets to prosecute me than I would ever have to defend myself. Besides, how do we fund this beast if we don't collect some income taxes? Still makes me sick when I send in the check each quarter though.

This case was from 2006. Be very, very careful with old info & the IRS. If one were to act upon this information it would be very wise to do a heck of a lot of research on current lawsuits involving the tactic.
