Anybody Familiar with the Bob Livingston Letter?

I get teaser mailings from investment newsletters all the time. Got one yesterday from "the Bob Livingston Letter", which seems to be more of a survivalist newsletter rather than a stock picking newsletter. Yes, I realize I can (and probably will) google it but I enjoy hearing from you all first.

I am not going to subscribe to it but I would like to hear any testimonials or just plain opinion if anyone cares to venture that.
