Warehouse levels on Kitco

I've often wondered if the warehouse levels of the LME and COMEX can help in forecasting what copper will do in the near future (6 month timespan). Looking around on google, I saw this article and thought it was interesting.

It does offer two competing theories though: copper will go up, or copper will go down!
