cant understand that mess down there...for pete's sake, they're sitting on 70 billion (maybe even up to a 100) barrels of oil, and if i'm not mistaken its sweet and light crude, gosh golly, if you cant make a nation run with that kind of resource backup, then I don't know what!....its that darn "democratic socialism"....serious. That doesn't ever work.
