This a long report (57 pages) which I am still in the midst of reading. It contains excellent documentation of the algorithmic methods used by the bullion cartel, explaining why it is done, how it is done, and when it is done. Read this and absorb it. Reread it until you understand that if you are going to play the paper gold market, either ETF's or mining equities, you have to understand the mindset of "the opposition" to keep from losing your shirt. Manipulation is REAL. Anyone who can persist in refuting that it exists is either blind, naive, or obdurately ignorant. There's no hope for such people. This post is for those who had doubts, but little proof. Your best bet is to buy physical and just outwait the cartel, the day will come when they can no longer suppress the prices. However, if you want to do both... amass physical AND play the paper markets with the intent of leveraging your gains for eventual purchase of more physical... then you need to understand the rules that THEY play by... or you will lose your shirt. Read this report and assimilate the knowledge. Oh, and btw... did I mention to... read this report?

Read this report until you have no further questions. If you won't do justice to your own education by studying a paper like this... then you have no business playing the paper markets component of precious metals.

Read this report.

Are you suggesting that I read this report? I am pretty lazy and reading requires patience and undivided attention  Can't the government just read it for me and then make the right decision. They have all my earnings anyway. Maybe this report can help them. I hope they do read it so that my Medicare and Social Security are there for me later on. I am grateful to live in the US where we have such a rock solid safety net. Otherwise I would have to save money for retirement. That is so hard to do after paying for cable and starbucks and cell phones and vacations.

Read? ..... READ??
Can't you boil it down to a 30 second sound bite and post it on youtube?
That's how news is presented these days.

Jason, there's no hope for you. Z00... I like your avatar!

yeah, it's alot to wade through, but I'm going to attempt to learn algorithmic pattern recognition so that I can predetermine what THEY are up to on any given day, and therefore optimize my trading tactics based on their presumed moves. ;)

If you install ghostery on your computer, you'll see its quite a few.

On apmex, I show 6 cookies I'm blocking
on goldmart, there's 2
coinflation has 3
...and if you go to one of the big news sites, there's often 10+

Realcent doesn't appear to have any 3rd party tracking cookies.

Are you saying when I visit Realcent that absolutely nobody is stealing my information and reselling it? Why the hell would I go on it then?

I don't use cookies on my web server either, for good reason:

I've always suspected this overuse of cookies is just a sceme to sell more milk. ^_-
