Anyone else see this? China Buying Gold to Circumvent the US

So I guess when June 28th hits nobody who does business with the U.S. will be allowed to do business with Iran unless it is through bartering which is why China plans on buying gold to trade with Iran. Any opinions on this?

Didn't read the linked article, but yeah - that news has been out for awhile. It's an attempt by the US to continue to flex its historical economic muscle, but one of these times (and this could be the one) it will backfire and push our finger out of the hole in the dike of world economic control. Whether or not this is that instance, it is yet another step in a steady progression of encouraging other countries to walk away from the USD and do business in other mechanisms, whether other currencies, or gold, or direct trade.
