It's like Heisenburg's cat. The gold is both there and not there at the same time. If we opened the box, we would know for sure, and someone would be proven wrong. Nobody wants to be wrong, so we leave the vault closed.

the gold is there, what i am concerned with is how much?
they might not be telling the truth as to the exact amount, hence why they deny a GAO audit.
