Have we hit bottom on Silver?

Ive been keeping track of silver for quite a while and weve held the 28.00 mark for about 5 weeks now. Weve had little moves up and down but it seems to have stayed at the 28.00 level for a ltitle over a month now. RC members what are your thoughts on the future for silver? We have certainly taken a beat down on silver for quite a while now. So im interested in any thoughts ,opinions or concerns any of you may have.
