"While we would love to be excited about this, please remember that this legislation will require the full House to actually pass the bill, the Senate to pass it’s own version (the Senate bill S.202 is currently stuck in the Senate Banking sub-committee with only 20 co-sponsors) and the sitting Kenyan to sign the bill."
