Ah! So it's the short sellers who are the cause of all this mess and not the shady finances of debt riddled govenment central banks. How did we not figure this one out?

I don't think they were pointing a finger at them, just cutting them off. When you get to the point of total collapse a slight breeze could tip them over.


China dumping Italian bonds probably did not help the situation much, but I doubt they will say anything to the Chinese.
