Might be a last ditch ace in the hole if you ever got your tit in a pinch but I'm sure the IRS has deeper pockets to prosecute me than I would ever have to defend myself. This case was from 2006. Be very, very careful with old info & the IRS. If one were to act upon this information it would be very wise to do a heck of a lot of research on current lawsuits involving the tactic.
