Can't believe I'm about to post a Michael Savage clip but the licensed weapons manufacturer that Savage talks to gives amazing commentary as to why the government is buying up so much ammo. They do the same thing with precious metals, oil, and food.

I've been saying the same thing. The fed wants inflation; the progressive Marxists want gun control.
Using your tax dollars to dry up the ammo market gives them both...and eventually there will be a lucrative insider contract for disposal of surplus ammunition.

The Fed and other central banks are buying stocks with their digitally created funds to keep the market going ever higher. It is a huge Ponzi scheme so invasive and massive that most Americans simply cannot get their minds around the level of corruption. Well, it will pop one day. I've given up trying to predict when, but the day of reckoning is coming.
But to the point of the original post, the government is spending crazily because they can. We just have to hope that there are some deep moles on the inside who will share when the time comes.

(I cannot see youtube on any of my computers.)
I'm wondering if the fedgov figures it can shut down the ammo makers and block all ammo at the borders, and wants to have a stash. For what purpose...?

I found this handy little program that will grab a video off Youtube then convert
it to mpg or a few other formats. You can then convert it to something that your
computer can play. (Assuming it can play video of some sort. ^_-)
http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/They have a free version that will do what you need but they do regularily promote
their "delux" version for people that want more features.
If you want an older version that won't overfill an 800X600 screen I have them
in my FTP site:

I don't think it is all about preventing us from buying bullets. They are also loading up themselves. Hollowpoint rounds. They are preparing for war on preppers. Google "no hesitation targets", "law enforcement targets inc.", "DHS" and "pregnant woman" and you'll probably find the targets they bought. In short, they bought $2,000,000 in targets covering your wife, daughter, son, mom and dad. You're the last man standing!

Yeah I caught that piece about the targets. I read some headline today about the government buying a bunch of light armored vehicles. Anybody in Ohio want to pool our money together to buy one of those? Lol.
