Then you tax those retirement accounts... I think the Presidents core followers wont care about the college plans getting taxed...

These people are MORONS! I as well as everyone else will stop contributing and withdraw my kid's 529, pay the taxes now.
Americans pull the money off the grid. Just like I did to a pile of my IRA.

They really don't want us to take care of ourselves, or plan.

I guess the tax deferred growth is still in tact.

This world is upside down.. Stopping tax breaks for the middle class.. Voting against deporting Illegal alien child molesters.. Free community college as long as you get straight Cs... Its sad..

Sounds like I missed it, and had to work basketball games tonight instead of the president's speech. Lucky me! Perhaps I'll catch it online in the morning . . . or maybe it's just better I don't.

Sooner or later, insurance benefits are also going to be taxed. Just a matter of time.
