My proposal to block terrorist financing

OK, we all know governments around the world are resticting the use of cash
in an attempt to thwart terrorists:

However these measures cause unneeded difficulties for regular citizens.

My proposal is that the central banks of the world introduce bacon scented
banknotes so the terrorists will be uncomfortable using them but the rest
of us can transact as we always have undisturbed.
