P.S. -The JPG linked in the first post is the biggest flickr would allow and is kinda hard to read; so here is a PNG version which I have pushed onto a temporary fileserver for download.

lol - I posted it on day of publication when it is only available via their awful online e-edition which involves installing stuff.
