International Postal Rate increase -- Again

The postal rate for the USPS Flat Rate envelope will increase on June 1st from $24.75 to $26.50, an increase of $1.75 or 7%.
The International Postal Union sets the prices of all mail, postage, and postal international exchange rates denominated in IMF SDRs.
This latest US postal increase validates a 7% inflation of the US dollar, since the last postal rate increase.
