Posted: Sat Feb 20, 2016 10:22 amI live in new mexico directly below colorado. We went to Albuquerque yesterday and saw maybe 6 people pulled over on our main highway in that time. Maybe coincidence but 5 of the 6 were from colorado. We assume they were looking for their newly legal friends.

Might represent a nice new revenue niche for the New Mexico Highway Patrol
