Dunno - obviously if the past trends to allow this bloated non elected government be encouraged by anti-American socialism masquerading as the Democrat party, then everything they can do to control our every move will be implemented.
On a technical note, I was horrified at the actual content of the document. It's not an executive order, which should be able to be accomplished in 1 to 2 pages. It is a bloated white paper justifying development of an all of government position on control of anything they consider sovereign money, even things that exist outside of government. I was also fascinated at the selected choice of words; "shall" in many cases (indicating mandatory direction) but softened to "may" or "should" in other cases. I wonder at the thought processes behind the selection of those words.

I can surmise that the gov does not like having currency they can not control.
Jim Rickards has some video and indicates that December 2022 will be when the digital dollar is implemented.
Wondering if there will be a window of time to turn paper cash into other assets like nickel and copper coins before it starts getting not accepted. I can not see real metal coins being non-tradeable. People will turn to barter more if they know the gov is recording every single private transaction with a digital dollar.

Those Biden "I did this" stickers people were affixing to gas station pumps, well, putting digi-dollar warning stickers should be the next step.
