Anyone involved in the commercial use of hydrogen for energy or other projects?

Pop Quiz: If you eliminate the oxygen from water, are you left with a hydrogen molecule or just hydrogen atoms?

Hydrogen rarely exits as as single atom. It is usually found as a molecule of 2 hydrogen atoms (H2). It is extremely reactive.

Thanks for that response. Are you using hydrogen for anything? The private equity fund for which I serve as director has made a couple investments in hydrogen related entities. One for the production of so-called "green steel." I'm on a steep learning curve.

I am not using hydrogen for anything. I only remember in high school science class, we separated water into hydrogen and oxygen. We then "exploded" the canister of hydrogen. Man it was a huge bang. Might be fun to recreate that again.
