America is much more than a sum of its parts.

But some of its parts are going to spin out of control.

California had a bad day today. Many states are going to have much worse.

In Europe, the States can print their own faith money, so one State (nation) can bring down the whole thing.

Not so in the US. That would make a difference, if the US was not so busy at the printing press.
