I've been doing yoga for about 3 years now, daily. I don't go anywhere but follow along with a youtube instructor,
Yoga with adriene. I started with the beginner videos and worked up.
I cannot imagine life without yoga and am so grateful to have taken the first step. On the flip side it is with huge regret it took 50 years to try it.
What yoga has done for my tortured mind is what has been a welcome side effect.
It has done wonders for a serious knee injury, and made me more dangerous on the fencing strip. I'm back to competition and had a much better than expected season, till the plague came.
As far as my preps, it has been the single most used and valued skill set. Working under a sink or in tight spaces, no problem. Huge improvement in dealing with pain and frustration. It is truly amazing.
