There light and will boil 2 cups in four mins.
Runs best on denatured alchol but will run on reg rubbing alcahol

I used this setup last year on a 3 day hike in the Grand Canyon, they were really amazing. Anybody looking for a quick lightweight method for heating water these are tough to beat. Plus the price is great.
Selling US pennies 1.9 face shipped. Never mind I am keeping everything!

I've never seen these, but it looks great. Nice and easy and cheap. Found one with that search. I like the idea of using an absorbant, no spill.

i make them out of food cans, any kind. i actually had to use mine this morning to boil water for coffee, our electricity was out for 3 hours this morning.

Just a tought, but could you use perhaps those alcohol wipes as a sealed "pre charged" absorbant?

Do any of you guys save dryer lint? I've got a couple large coffee cans full, thinking about trying my hand at making parrafin candles in cans for portable use, cooking, etc. Do you guys have any videos of these things in use?
