Would it be possible to add a Feedback button next to each member's profile...like the PM icon? So that if you clicked on it you'd be directed to that member's feedback page (assuming they had one)
I have no idea if this is even remotely doable, but it sure would be handy.

A decent idea, but showing the signature is a feature people can turn off, I think.
