Site says image is too big; it's below the 1050 threshold

Trying to post, and the site says the image below is too big. It's sized at 800x600 according to Photobucket. Something wonky with the system?

Probably something wonky with Photobucket. A lot of people have had issues with resizing since they redid the site a couple months ago.
