Andres was instrumental in coordinating a huge group buy at a great rate. Ultimately, the seller flaked out and took a cash deal before we could buy in... but that's hardly Oakair's fault.

Oakair delivered exactly as promised. I would not hesitate to work with him again, and I probably will be doing so soon at the rate that he is scooping up the CL deals down there.
