$ 712.30 Cashiers Check dated 1/04 /11 20 days ago $ 712.30 cleared my bank as of 1/12/11 13 days ago
Seller stated " Jan 19. 2011
I'll be checking my account everyday to see if and when the funds have been cleared.

You shouldn't need to worry so much. I'll let you know when things move along."

Initially I was told 2-3 days for clearing. However that changed in middle of transaction and now have been told his bank has stated 15 days for clearing because Cashiers Check sent doesn't have contact information. I have requested shipment again on Friday Jan 21, 2011. I have not heard back on this recent request. I sent request again today via PM and email.

I have no control how my Bank processes payments. A cashier's cheque should clear quickly, but if the bank puts a hold on a foreign instrument that has no contact info printed on it, what am I to do?? As of right now, the funds are still held. Under the circumstances, I will not ship the coin until the funds are released. If anybody else were in my position, I would expect the same, especially with a transaction with a party I've not dealt with before.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'll let you know as soon as the funds clear. And only after will I ship the coin.
