Most I could really get was 10 lbs of copper in a ziploc. So If you figure $1.46 x 10 Lb = $14.60. Most I could see fitting is $16.00 loose just in the box.

It might be fun to post a guess of how many cents I fit in the box in the photo I have posted!

One cull! BTW we sent all of are culls to the mint to see what will happen. From the Treasury website--

I have some coins that were damaged and the bank will not redeem them. What can I do with them?

The Treasury Department has prescribed regulations regarding uncurrent and mutilated coins. Let us explain the difference. Uncurrent coins are whole, but are worn or reduced in weight by natural abrasion. They are easily recognizable as to genuineness and denomination, and they are such that coin sorting and counting machines will accept them. Merchants and commercial banks will generally accept or refuse these coins at their discretion. However, Federal Reserve Banks and branches handle the redemption of uncurrent coins.

Mutilated coins, on the other hand, are coins that are bent, broken, not whole, or fused or melted together. The United States Mint is the only place that handles redemption of mutilated coins, and they should be sent to the Mint at Post Office Box 400, Philadelphia, PA 19106.

To fit more pennies in a Small flat rate, You can actually fit the "Priority Mail Large Video Box (O-1096L) " perfectly into a Flate Rate Envelope. Its size is 9.25" X 6.25" X 2" wich is much bigger than the normal Small Flate rate box at 5 3/8 x 8 5/8 x1 5/8. . I have been doing it for years now, and it's great to get free shipping supplies from the PO.

Also if use Medium Flat Rate Box https://shop.usps.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10052&productId=10000275&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=10000002&top_category=10000002&categoryId=10000033&top=&currentPage=0&sort=&viewAll=Y&rn=CategoriesDisplay&WT.ac=10000275 and put inside a https://shop.usps.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10052&productId=10000250&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=10000002&top_category=10000002&categoryId=10000033&top=&currentPage=0&sort=&viewAll=Y&rn=CategoriesDisplay&WT.ac=10000250 It will handle the full 75 pounds and it makes for a lot stronger box. Both boxes are free and they will ship them to you for free at https://shop.usps.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?storeId=10052&parent_category_rn=10000002&categoryId=10000033&top_category=10000002&langId=-1&catalogId=10001
