advice on copper to silver?

Postby atticus » Fri Nov 30, 2012 10:06 pm

hi all,

i'll just jump to the chase. i've got a bunch of dirty copper abes, i want to sell these and invest that money into silver or gold. does anyone have any advice/tips on where a silver/gold newb would start looking to get into these PM's. i know there's a lot of diversified folk on this forum. can you help a brother out with some advice?

please pm if that's more comfortable.

thanks in advance,

Been there.. done that. Of course back then copper was much higher and silver and gold were much lower.

Would love to hear any advice you might want to pass on if you're so inclined. Pm me if you'd rather keep it on the QT. I understand if you just want to see me live and learn as well.

Thanks, Atticus

Well I know what a CTU is... Not so sure what a "bunch" is...

The definition of a bunch can vary widely. When the bank calls you up (if you are lucky enough to get these kinds of calls) and tells you they have a "bunch" of pennies for you, it could be anything from $5 worth to 500 pounds.

I believe six or more bananas comprise a bunch.

Well as far as advice, I'd say sell off the dirties preferably locally if you can find someone, and then buy 90% coins here on RC. That's what I'd do if I was going to convert.
