Man! An unsearched $25 box of cents for just $39!! What a steal! You people should be jumping on this.

Haha, but really, what is this guy thinking?! Most of the people who are in his target market actually have this thing called knowledge, which entails an understanding of how banks work, and how they can get a $25 box for as much as $14 less than the leading brand! It must be either ignorance or willful deception through tone & words.

I'd be interested to see if anyone bids on this.

WOW  He is selling these $25.00 boxes of pennies that anyone can get at their local bank for $25.00 for $55.00 and he has sold several of them and people are happy with them and they are leaving him positive feedback. I DON'T GET IT! :o

This guy is thinking easy money! 17 sold in this auction already. It is a strange phenomenon for sure.

Looks like a bunch of fake buyers to me...several with zero feedback.

Might be scammers buying too? Buy money on eBay, say it did not arrive, get a refund, drop pennies at the bank for FRNs to buy weed & beer with.

The buyers will say they expected a box of completely wheat pennies as titled... that's what one did to me when I listed unsearched rolls like this. Notice he already has 1 negative feedback for the listing saying "to many 1950's and Canadian coins."

Could always be a European, there are nearly a billion europeans out there afterall.

They have to pay about 188 Euros to get 17 pounds of mostly copper coinage (the highest copper content being the 89% copper, 4.10 gram 10 eurocent coin)

Zimbabweans fight for coins instead of bills.

Do a FeeBay search on "box unsearched pennies" and you'll find a bunch. Looks like about $39 + 16 shipping is the threshold for selling sealed boxes right now. It is alarmingly close to what a box of sorted and wrapped copper cents is going for too. Wow.

If he's shipping with Delivery Conformation (as required by eBay/Paypal), Paypal kinda leaves more doubt to the seller than the buyer in that case. But it still would be a mess.

I've heard of some banks charging 16 cents per roll (of any type of coin) as an extra fee. That would explain a lot.
