Met some buddies for a drink at a crowded pub last night. Walking past the bar I noticed the tap wall was lined with prefab panels of real pennies entombed in Plexiglas. They were really busy or I would have asked to go behind the bar for better pics.

For $70 a square foot, I'd want large cents!!!

Making them is easy:
Mill an aluminum/plastic mold to get the cents in the right place
slide pennies into slots
slap on some adhesive mesh
Peel it out of the mold
Profit!
