I have at least 100 just like this one....only more circulation wear on them.
I did some checking on this and they call it a adjustment error. It seems if they have to much preasure on the dies it pushes the obverse into the reverse. I also have seen a lot of these, even in the zincs but not to the extent of this one. Like I said the picture doesn't do it justice when you tilt this just right you can see the whole outline perfect beard hair and all. It's the only one I put in a 2x2.
